Stitchifly specializes in custom embroidered apparel, including T-shirts, polo shirts, corporate shirts, hoodies, uniforms, workwear, promotional clothing, and other personalized garments. Because our products are custom-made according to customer specifications, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all order details, including garment type, size, color, embroidery placement, text, logos, artwork, and customization instructions before confirming the order. Once production begins, modifications or cancellations may not be possible as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Customers who upload logos, artwork, text, images, or other custom designs confirm that they own the necessary copyrights, trademarks, licenses, or permissions to use such content. By submitting any design, you grant Stitchifly permission to use that content solely for the purpose of manufacturing and fulfilling your order. Stitchifly shall not be responsible or liable for any copyright infringement, trademark disputes, intellectual property violations, or legal claims arising from customer-submitted content. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing unlawful, offensive, misleading, or prohibited material.
All product photographs, mockups, embroidery previews, colors, and design samples displayed on our website are intended for illustrative purposes only. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, garment materials, embroidery techniques, thread availability, and production methods, slight variations in embroidery size, thread color, placement, fabric texture, or finished appearance may occur. Such minor variations are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and shall not be treated as defects or grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.
All prices, products, promotional offers, discounts, availability, shipping timelines, and website content are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Stitchifly reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized or failed payments, pricing errors, technical issues, inappropriate or illegal content, stock limitations, or violations of applicable laws and these Terms of Service.

Stitchifly shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from incorrect customer information, courier service interruptions, customs or government actions, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
